Reports in Pliable allow users to visualize and analyze their data without requiring technical expertise. Reports are built using dimensions (descriptive attributes) and metrics (calculated values) defined in the semantic layer.

Creating a Report

1. Navigate to the Reports section.
2. Click Create New ****Report.

1. Select the metrics and dimensions to include.
   • Metrics, like "Total Revenue" or "Customer Count," provide quantitative insights.
   • Dimensions, like "Region" or "Category," are used for grouping or filtering.
2. Name your report and then click on Build.

Post-Processing Filters

Filters refine your reports by excluding or including specific data subsets. Refer here for all possible filtering conditions. Common filters include:

• Date Ranges: E.g., show sales data for the past month.
• Category Filters: E.g., only include "Canceled Orders."
• Metric Thresholds: E.g., only display customers with revenue > $1,000.
